This data is managed through an external, third party Student Information System (SIS) to ensure the integrity and security of student records.

B. Website Data

1. Google Analytics data (via Yoast SEO), such as page views, traffic sources, and device information.
2. Cookies and similar tracking technologies (refer to the “Cookies and Tracking” section below for details).

C. External Content and Features

Embedded YouTube Videos: These videos are governed by YouTube’s privacy policy.
Swag Store: Managed by an external e-commerce provider. Please review their privacy policy for more information on how they handle your data.

D. Text Messaging Services

A. Messaging Frequency

We send messages as needed to provide essential updates. Message frequency may vary depending on school updates, announcements, and emergency notifications. On average, you may receive 2–5 messages or more per month.

B. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan. The school is not responsible for any charges incurred by receiving our messages. Please check with your carrier for details on applicable fees.

C. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text STOP in response to a received message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-enroll.

E. SMS Terms and Conditions

By opting into our text messaging service, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation. Messages are intended to be informative and are not for marketing purposes.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for advertising or solicitation.

F. Interruptions

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

G. Opt-Out Options

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying with the word “STOP” to any message you receive. You will receive an SMS reply to confirm your cancellation, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to opt back in, you can text ‘START’ to resume receiving messages.

H. Cost and SMS Help

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier, for any messages sent to and from us. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
