The Carlos Rosario School Student Government Association (SGA) is a student-led organization of student-elected representatives. Each class votes on representatives who make sure the ideas of each class are heard. The SGA sets priorities and develops projects based on feedback from classmates. This is a great way to give back to the school and the community, and to practice your leadership skills! To join the Student Government Association, see your teacher for more information.
We offer extracurricular activities and clubs in the afternoons to supplement classroom learning. These are a great way to keep practicing English, to spend time with your classmates and to learn new skills.
Looking for a way to give back and to pass forward knowledge and skills learned at the Carlos Rosario School? What about volunteering in the classroom? We rely on volunteers each year to assist teachers and to provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
To volunteer, stop by the Supportive Services Department at the Harvard Street Campus or the Student Resource Center at the Sonia Gutierrez Campus.
