Registration Requirements

Applicants must provide the following in order to complete registration

If there is space available in your class, you will be invited to complete your registration. You must provide the following:

  • Unexpired official government ID such as a passport or driver’s license. (This is for identification purposes only);
  • Proof that you live in the District of Columbia. A list of all the accepted documents can be found on the school’s website and here. If you have questions please contact us.;
  • Bring $60 cash or credit for ID & materials fee(Includes Carlos Rosario student I.D. card, laptop loaner, and books). Non refundable.
  • Documents as proof of your DC home address (please see below).

There are two methods to prove proof of residency in DC for enrollment at Carlos Rosario School programs. The guidelines for approval are determined by eligibility by OSSE. For any questions on eligibility, please call 202-797-4700.

 

Funding for the courses offered at the Carlos Rosario School comes from a variety of public and private sources, including the DC government. Therefore, only students who live in Washington, DC are eligible to enroll for most of our classes. The School adheres to the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) requirements related to students’ proof of DC residency.
