The Carlos Rosario School partners with public schools in Washington, DC to provide tuition-free English classes to parents.  In this program, students learn basic English grammar, speaking, reading, writing and listening skills as well as technology skills.  Additionally, students become familiar with resources to support their children’s academic success.
