Carlos Rosario School employs over 150 full and part time employees. Our school is located in the popular neighborhood of Columbia Heights. We are within walking distance from the Columbia Heights metro station.
Immediate opening for a full time Career Specialist. Primary responsibilities include: 1) Fostering relationships with local and regional employers and industry liaisons to create an employee pipeline to employers; and 2) Providing employment counseling, job placement and retention services to workforce trainees, particularly culinary arts students.
Hours: Monday-Friday. Must be able to work two nights per week.
Immediate opening for individual to be responsible for the recruitment of non-exempt employees and coordinate training programs for the staff.
